"fon" is "shallow" and "lanmè" is "sea" in creole, based off the Bahamas, which is said to be named after "bajamar" which is low ride in spanish.

Lanme Fon is sometimes called FonFon or Fonti(usually the smaller islands) endearingly. It is a colorful bunch of islands, only having one bigger island that is still smaller than La Menora in size. All of its islands have pink sand and blue grass, with bubbles of water floating about.

Lanme Fon has many siren; many many siren more than humans. It is home to Reken-ton, as well as another non-physical lwa that blessed it in favor of siren.

More recently, Reken-ton was killed and "consumed" right at the center of this archipelago, leaving his very very large skeleton behind.
